Add option for disabling interactivity/visual output #165

It happens to me quite often that I want the record a video, but after 4 hours 
or so of encoding I accidentally it ARROW-UP key and all of the source tree 
visualization is moved away.
It'd be ideal if the visual output could be entirely suppressed, and if this is 
not possible, at least key or mouse interactions should be lockable.
