What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. loading
2. loading
3. and loading...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Open Program. I get the error: http://prntscr.com/warrs

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gource-0.39 and on Windows 8 64 bit.

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi,

Gource is a command line tool so you do need to actually point it at a 
directory containing a supported version control repository for it to work.

It did used to show the help / command options when launched with no arguments, 
though this seems to have changed at some point, so I might change that back to 
avoid confusion.
