Add CITATION.cff #204

Hey @rgaiacs and @lrsantos11, long time no see.

We have been getting a few citations on perprof and I thought it would be a good idea to fix and maybe improve some things. The first thing is this CITATION.cff file, which I hope you have heard about. Could you take a quick look if I got your current information correctly?

I will be making some larger changes, and possibly work on v2. Let me know if you are interested in working on this again. No hard feelings otherwise, of course.

Thanks for the reviews. I will upload a sketch of my plans soon, maybe in an issue, maybe on a milestone, maybe on something else. I will let you know, hopefully, today.
