In case： Error in utils::download.file(url, path, method = method, quiet = quiet, : download from 'https://api.github.com/repos/abelson-lab/scATOMIC/tarball/HEAD' failed Try: options(timeout=9999999) Then: devtools::install_github("abelson-lab/scATOMIC")
