Hi, can scATOMIC tools be used to annotate other species, except human species? thanks !

In general scATOMIC can only be used on human transcriptomes. One thing you can try is converting your other species genes to human orthologs, however this will probably yield mixed results and I cannot guarantee their accuracy.
