Fix #20: remove broken gem reference #21

The digest gem is provided by Ruby and in addition the name is reserved in the rubygems namespace, thus breaking the gemset. Fixes #20

Hi, I'm confused: it seems like this issue was fixed 4 years ago, but it's still occurring for me when attempting to install jekyll-pdf? Do I need to download a specific version manually in order to circumvent the issue?
