Elefan: ouput plots using sample dataset, default param #50

outputs are not as expected - growth curves and Thompson and bell curves look wrong on the VRE, has a prior been changed somewhere?

@aenieblas @tokami can you clarify which Elefan method you test (Elefan, Elefan GA, or Elefan SA)?

An important point: the SMT app is configured to take stable package releases. In the case of TropFishR, the version is one taken from CRAN (last release Jan 2020). In case you are using the SMT locally without docker, you may need to check that you are using the same package versions.

again, my comment from last year. checking again with the beta SMT on the VRE, this no longer seems to display the same error.
