The lower-right panel of the first set of plots shows the trajectory of relative stock size (B/Bmsy) over relative exploitation (F/Fmsy), and should also normally plot the uncertainty polygons behind the trajectory, but they are not visible with this version. Is there a way to turn this plotting option on here? If possible, allow for confidence polygons to plot in the bottom-right hand panel of the first set of graphs.
