Menu Stops Working #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Nothing specific. Just randomly I will scroll either left or right, but
all the options will not be clickable.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Clickable options

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win 6.1, on .65 and .64

Please provide any additional information below.
A restart of the application usually will resolve the issue. I will
eventually pop up again.

How are you trying to click them? Touchscreen, D-Pad?

Both. To further explain what happens, The side scrolling left to right stops 
locking
in place. At that point there is no function left and Im forced to end it via 
task
manager, as of .65, from .64 I had to go into an advanced task manager and 
terminate
the process. At that point I would usually receive an error that it was unable 
to
terminate and asked if i would like to "kill" it, so I would and it would.
