Add time since last successful update/refresh of timeline #144

Currently there is no feedback when an update fails unless it is due to a 
local communication error or is successful but has no tweets. Would it be 
possible to test that a refresh was successful and include (perhaps 
under 'Refresh Friends Timeline')a time since last update or time of last 
update.
