What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch display to landscape mode (e.g. open keyboard on TyTn II)
2. Scroll to right-hand side menu
3. Fullscreen/normal view switch not visible in top corner of screen
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The button to switch between normal view and fullscreen should be visible,
as it is in portrait mode. It is not visible in fullscreen OR normal mode.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.67 on Windows Mobile 6 Professional (CE OS 5.2.1620 Build 18125.0.4.2)

Please provide any additional information below.
Button is not visible when starting the app in portrait mode and then
switching to landscape, OR when starting in landscape mode. Starting
fullscreen or normal does not affect it either.
