Only count Primary / Chats / Spaces, not the whole unread count of Inbox

We wanted this to work slightly differently - only counting unread items in (Primary Inbox, Chats, Spaces), to mirror how notifications are badged within the web app itself.

Although I don't have time to publish it publicly.
