Add bumper strip around edge of hull. #28

Especially at the bow. This could make the difference between serious damage and no damage in a collision.

Some strip added but not at bow end

@Tebazil12 @naturesyouth What's the status of this? Are there plans to get the bow done?

We have the rubber material.

Need to repair the dents, repaint it and then add bumper.

Note: Make sure Dewi still fits in travel box once the bumper has been added.
