Add easy access power switch #32

This should probably be inside the hatch but on top of the box or outside the box.

@naturesyouth You had a nice waterproof 3 position button you showed us last year. Was that what we were thinking?

i don't think the one i have is waterproof, but waterproof switches are fairly easy to get hold of
