IIRC the horn/drum on kitty's sail winch was broken at some point in transport, this should be checked and replaced if necessary. Spares are documented here: https://www.rmgsailwinch.com.au/rmg/categories/Standard-Drums/ and can be purchased from the UK distributer here (but you have to contact them): http://www.smartwinchuk.co.uk/index.html
