File transfer - download files

Hi, Is it possibel to download files on local computer from remote computer too? I am able to upload files from the local PC (browser) to the remote PC (Home Assistance instance) but not vice versa (download). Is download direction to remote PC not possible? If it's possible, which setting is needed?

According to the general description of guacamole it should be possible, but it doesn't work for me as described in the documentation. I also didn't deactivate file transport in the settings. What do I wrong?

• Just to describe the communication I have: local PC --> internet --> HA Guacamole Add On --> RDP to remote PC
• I using a Windows PC as local PC
