XP multiplier retroactivity does not work #72

Describe the bug I gained XP and passed from Grade D to Grade C. But I wanted my Grade D league to last longer, so I decided to decrease XP multiplier to 0.3. I went back to "Go Race". Now I see my XP correctly decreased, I am still Grade D, but the offered races are still related to "Grade C" vehicles.

To Reproduce Decrease CP multiplier so that there is a step-back in "Grade". Go back to "Go Race", check that the generated races are still referring to the upper "Grade".

Expected behavior The offered races should be consistent to the Grade of the player.

Also in this case, it is sufficient to regenerate races to have all the correct retroactive settings applied. Issue closed.
