Missing automated setup script of the environment #1

Hi @abesvt,

Per the assignment.pdf, I was unable to find the automated script(steps 1-4), which sets up and configure the topology(e.g Agent, Splitter, Targets). Ideally, I should be able to run the project in my own environment with minimal changes to the configuration files and/or code itself.

@tnguyen-cribl, sorry I just noticed that I completely missed steps 1 to 4. I configured it manually to get it to run locally and then missed automating it. Sorry thats my bad! I can write the code for the set up and upload it.
