Laying down tracks sometiems adds track of 0 length #34

I think this tends to happen when ending or starting on a track that's already laid down, maybe even a via.

This causes little 'track turds' that then get unfilled when doing pours as can be seen here:

Since they're 0 length, they're unselectable and persistent.

just watch out for this cropping up again. I put in some checks in the toolTrace to make sure no 0 length tracks are being added but I'm not sure if this actually fixes the issue.

Closing for now in the hopes that it does.
