I added a configuration menu and an option to have the first login entry auto-populate. When enabled, after clicking 'Existing User' the 'Login' and 'Password' fields will populate with the first element of GetLogins.Response logins.

Since KeePass does not expose a way to order entries returned by the browser plugin (afaik), would a default username config option be better?

I wasn't sure if I should use the username or the title of the KeePassXC entry, but I agree it would be better. I'm thinking that using the title would be cleaner since the user might want to hide the username everywhere.
