1. after clicking on "record audio from other app" option app crashed and after reopening app it shows black screen
2. after allowing permission app doesn't invoke dynamic island we have to reopen app 2-3 times again then dynamic island appears

i'm using Android 12, i guess it's common issue in all devices once try checking. looking forward to contribute to this project once fixes are done.

do u have any plans to add notification in dynamic island and other features which are in dynamic island.

I will be adding some features after completing the UI, Also, I was thinking not adding notifications as the status bar would do it anyway, I think the best use case of this app is to utilize the space around the camera which is useless for all phones. What do you think about it?

adding notification will be the most helpful things in this project bcz everytime we don't have to draw notification panel you can take idea from dynamic island which zooms notch area and shows notification and zooms out after 1-2 seconds you must try adding this feature after fixing the previous bug.

space around the camera can be utilised in many ways you just have to take notification permission from user and display it in smart edge. for reference:

you can also show the notification when device is plugged to charger, or when we connect phone to bluetooth devices.

music player will work fine after u fix previous bugs and adding the features which i mentioned can make very helpful app. if you need any help or suggestion in development must reach out on my mail - mukeshyadavparty55@gmail.com

nevermind I found it need to rewrite some stuff and migrate to accessibility service

@abh80 we are looking forward for notifications feature. for notification u have to take the notification access from user and reading the app icons and displaying in dynamic island for ur reference i'm adding a repo which has implemented the notifications feature in java u can take help from here
