Can't edit MediaMonkey playlists or recognize the current song #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. After selecting a playlist or opening 'Now playing' there is no function to 
edit the songs/order of songs in the playlist.
Additionally you cannot see which song is currently played.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you really want to control the playlist using only your device, it is 
necessary to be able to change the order of the songs (and maybe also to easily 
add and delete them). Furthermore it would be helpful if you cannot only add a 
song to the end of the queue, but also directly as next song.

Additionally a nice feature would be if the currently played song would be 
highlited somehow in the playlist, or even better that the playlist/'Now 
playing' is opened at the position of the current song. Otherwise it is nearly 
impossible to find out, for example, which song comes next, when opening a long 
playlist.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0.5 on HTC Desire with Froyo

This is a duplicate of Issue #7 so moving the issue there.

As a note though the functionality requested above deviates from the iTunes 
Apple Remote.  If Apple Remote does not do it, then TunesRemote+ does not do it.

Everything except for the highlighting of which song is currently playing in 
the list. That the Apple Remote does do.
