Download a free android app call ZeroConf Browser. Run it, can you see any
Bonjour services? If not then your UDP 5353 is blocked or you have the same
issue as the users in Issue #1 where HTC on some phones has crippled the WIFI
stack.

See this issue:

I downloaded ZeroConf Browser and saw no services. I checked the services
running on my pc and the dnsresponder service (bonjour) is running. Here is a
screenshot of my port forwarding is it correct? If so is there any way around
this problem?

If ZeroConf Browser is not showing you anything then that explains your issue.

I don't think it has anything to do with your port forwarding and everything to
do with the WIFI Stack on your HTC. If you read that Issue #1 link you will
see a user has diagnosed it all the way down to that but I believe he said it
can be fixed with an HTC Wifi Driver update or something.

I am going to merge this with Issue #1.
