Searching: No Results Found displayed even when Itunes Search returns valid results #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run a Search that returns valid results.
2. The "No Results Found" message is always at the bottom of the list.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Just the search results without the Footer of No Results Found.  This has been 
tested with MonkeyTunes and the MTCO value is returning properly but under 
Itunes it is behaving differently.
