Honeycomb Wishlist #41

Just picked up a Xoom and thought of some ways this app could be improved for
Honeycomb:

- Of course you could set it up like gmail with the artists on the left in a
scrollable column. Select an Artist and Albums show up on the right with a
little > next to it. When you choose an album, it would open up all the songs
on that album with a little down arrow. This way you wouldn't really ever need
to use the back button, too!

- Higher quality album art if possible. The tablet screen is huge... but I
don't know if this is an issue with my album art or with TunesRemote+ using a
lower quality version...

This should be labelled an Enhancement, not a Defect. Apologies...

Is album art restricted in size by spec? Or can it in theory have all kind of
resolutions?

No basically the client (Tunesremote) asks the server in the HTTP request a
size like h=640&w=640 for example. The Server is supposed to return an image
scaled to that size.

The sizes requested in TunesRemote are:

Album Thumbnails = mw=55&mh=55
Now Playing = mw=320&mh=320

For those on this list I added a new BETA which aml.curran has done a ton of
Ice Cream Sandwhich UI updates etc if anyone wants to check it out and report
any defects.
