Selected song does not play, (songs not displayed in order?) #44

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Menu -> artists -> Pick one -> Select album -> select song

I expect the selected song to play, but instead another song comes up. I've
noticed that the songs are not displayed in the right order (e.g. according to
their number), however when I select the second song in the list it will play
number 2 in the album.

For example:
Title song 1 (song 1)
Title song 4 (song 2)
Title song 3 (song 3)
Title song 2 (song 4)
If i press the title of song 4, it will play nr. 2.

Using iTunes 10.2.1.1 on Windows 7.

Great app guys!

hmm after reading more thoroughly, this issue might be related to issue 26?

For furter info. Using v.2.3.3 of TunesRemote+ on android 2.2 (HTC Desire)

I think it is related to 26. I will have an Itunes user look into it but my
guess is TunesRemote+ is sending the "sort" flag to iTunes or lack thereof.

I just release 2.3.4 on the Android Market can you pull down the update and let
me know if this issue is fixed?

Actually it got worse :P Now after selecting the album, i get the message: "No
tracks found for this album".

Additionally when trying issue 26, the same problem still occurs. When
selecting one of the search results a differently sorted list is created in the
playlist in iTunes and the same corresponding item is played.

thnx for the effort ;)!

Now this is just bizarre. I just made some more changes and uploaded 2.3.5 to
the Android Market. Can you try again?

Seems to work like a breeze for my problem! Nice :D

However, issue 26 not yet solved. So problem still occurs when searching.

Thnx!
