What Android device do you own?
And never discount it still being a security issue even with firewalls off.
Some routers block UDP bonjour traffic, some HTC phones have a UDP multicast
bug in them...

Also download our free Android app called ZeroConf browser. It will show you
all your Bonjour discovered services on your Android device and will help debug
this issue.

OK that is your OS version but what Hardware are you running on? HTC Hero?
Samsung Galaxy?
Also did you try the ZeroConf Browser from the android Market and let me know
the results?

If ZeroConf found nothing then that explains your issue. Your Android device
cannot find services broadcast by Bonjour and iTunes.
This means either...
1. Your Bonjour installation is screwed up on Windows.
2. Your network, firewall, router is blocking UDP multicast packets on port
5353.
Until ZeroConf Browser shows something you don't need to look for your problems
any further. I am closing this issue as invalid as its not a TunesRemote+
issue but a network issue on your end.
