Q. What Android hardware device do you own? (HTC Hero, Samsung Galaxy,
etc)

A: HTC Aria

Q. On what Android operating system version? (2.1, 2.2, Honeycomb 3.0.1
etc)

A: Android 2.2

Q. What DACP server, OS, and version? (OSX iTunes 10.1.2, Windows 7
MonkeyTunes 1.5.1 etc)

A: Windows 7 64bit

Q. What TunesRemote+ version? (found on Menu->More->About)

A: 2.3.7

I have been using TunesRemote for awhile with no problems. I updated to
TunesRemote+ and I am unable to pair. The device shows up in iTunes and is
named correctly, I enter the paring code 5309 and one of two things happen. 1 -
iTunes says the device is paired and TunesRemote+ tries forever or 2 - iTunes
tries forever. I have reinstalled the original TunesRemote and it still pairs
perfectly and runs great. Any ideas?

I have tried forgetting all remotes on both the app and iTunes upon each
re-attempt.

Hmmm that is interesting because not much has changed in the pairing between
TuensRemote and TunesRemote+. Basically if the device is showing up in iTunes
it means Bonjour is working, the last step when you enter the code is that
iTunes calls the android device back on Port 1024 and initiates the process.

What version of iTunes are you using?

Fixed. Had to completely uninstall both TunesRemote and TunesRemote+, and fresh
install TunesRemote+. There must have been a conflict between versions. Thanks.
