Be very specific. Give them names, ages, a career, a haircut. Imagine where they are in life and what they are trying to do.

Anyone who wants to create a Bluetooth enable device, hobbyist or corporate alike. Experiment and design new product project with minimal resources and effort. Especially for startup with minimal R&D investment and fast time to market.

The users are those who want to create a new consumer product with BLE and connectivity with iOS and Android devices. Most of them are startups and makers. The 3 most popular type of applications for the this modules are wearable, send sensor data to mobile device, using mobile devices to control I/O.
