This commit revamps the current frontend to improve the appearance and interactivity of the webapp.

Explanation of Changes

The new frontend was designed using React. The data is fetched using axios.

The above video is laggy but the actual procedure is very smooth. Checks have been added so that only apk files can be uploaded as well.
