Fails to process some packages

I am missing screenshots & data for the "Apper" package. The only trace I could fine of it in the log was

Processing deb: main/a/apper/apper_0.9.1-1_i386.deb
Invalid path /srv/dak/ftp/pool/main/a/apper/apper_0.9.1-1_i386.deb

But this package is available on amd64, and therefore should be processed properly.

This actually is cauused by bug #24.
