Undefined errors in version 2.2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import any xls file
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to only see my data instead I see several undefined errors.

Please provide any additional information below.
The undefined errors have been fixed in the attached version. I hope you
will include them in the next release.

Do you have an example XLS that shows the problem?
I see your changes, but I'm not sure what problem they really fix.

I should have added the error messages itself:

Notice: Undefined index: formatColor in D:\Program
Files\wamp\www\csvi\administrator\components\com_csvimproved\helpers\excel\excel
_reader2.php
on line 1631

Notice: Undefined variable: fontIndex in D:\Program
Files\wamp\www\csvi\administrator\components\com_csvimproved\helpers\excel\excel
_reader2.php
on line 1641

Fixes:
1. Original return an array with only "string" and missing "formatColor"
2. fontIndex is not defined when being returned in the array

If you still need the file, please let me know and I can e-mail it to you, I 
just
cannot make the file public.
