The setting `HITCOUNT_HITS_PER_SESSION_LIMIT ` isn't respected #15

Since, the setting wasn't mentioned in the documentation and wasn't used anywhere in the code, it doesn't qualify this as a bug.

The only mention of the settings could be found in defaults.py.
