choosed option 2, merged scripts and added some french condition #9

Hi, thank you for allowing PR for Hacktoberfest ;)

Here's what I did :

choosed option 2 to link Bootstrap and Popper
saw there were 2 scripts to generate the date, so I merged them
added <span> elements into the <h1> so we can change text depending on user's language
added some code into the script to change text in french if user's language is french (now ready to add more languages ;p ) Hope you'll like it !
