It would be nice to have another "Biojs.Protein3DUniprot" component, but 
relying on this UniProt-PDB mapping provided by PDBe ...

Fixed in revision 362.

Use option mapping to select the source of aligments. 
Value should be one these: 
- Biojs.Protein3DUniprot.ALIGNMENTS_UNIPROT_MAPPING
- Biojs.Protein3DUniprot.ALIGNMENTS_PDBe_MAPPING
