Feature request: reactions

Any plans to develop a component to display biochemical reactions (from RXN 
files, for example)?

No, though we could look into developing one together if you are interested. Do

Thanks for mentioning JSDraw2 here.  Yes, we give JSDraw2 to academic for free, 
and willing to work with you folks to add new features to meet your new needs.

Hi again.

I have been playing with BioJS and now have a prototype of a component to 
display Rhea reactions by their ID, using Rhea web service.
May I contribute with this?

This's great! I am looking forward to see your component. I have added your 
username to the committers list. If you already tested your component ad you 
got it working in a local Biojs registry you could summit to the trunk. If you 
want us to test, you could create a branch and upload it to that branch. We are 
still in the process to get Biojs published. I will ask Manuel to include your 
name in the publication.

I have created a branch 'rheaction' with 3 new files: js, css and also a 
proxy.jsp (we use tomcat).
Please test it and let me know of any problems or anything that can be improved.

Sorry for my very late reply. This component is great! I have worked on several 
things that I though might improve the component:
 - Add no results message in case there are no results
 - Add method to change RHEA IDs
 - Add more RHEA examples for the set ID method 
 - Add option documentation for proxyUrl
 - Merge proxyURL with proxyType for consistency with other components
I will commit changes in the branch, take the component to the trunk and deploy 
in the EBI registry.
