The old code (either bootloader.html or Domain.p_boot) handled this correctly passing the parameters on top the new page

https://dweb.archive.org?verbose=true is supposed to redirect to https://dweb.me/arc/archive.org/details? right ?

No - its supposed to go to https://dweb.me/arc/archive.org/details?verbose=true ... This bug is there because of the #23 - I'll comment there in a moment.
