This extension isn't working for me. I loaded it, and enabled it in the Chrome extensions page, but its not catching the load. And there is no background page, so I can't view the log and see where its failing.

Needs to Fix ReadMe .. have to load from top directory

Needs test URLs - e.g. https://iskme.org/foobar goes to a custom page and https://github.com/foobarxy doesnt get searched on Wayback

Abhishek suggests http://www.getstatuscode.com/404 which doesnt end up in WB (it does on my otehr machine)
