Only capture URLs like dweb.abc.def #7

The extension should look for the dweb. at the beginning and only capture those.

There should also be a way (to be written later) to signal that the bootloader didn't load the page and it should default to a normal load (so that we don't capture legitimate other dweb.abc.def type URLs).

Addressed first part of issue. Second part yet to be coded

First part appears to have been backed out of Wednesday's test so that it captures www.iskme.com again, this issue (including part 1) should remain open until we are able to retest on dweb.archive.org
