"Classify seems like a great tool for existing and future DN students. The UI and navbar have a sick theme to them and it would be cool to see in the future an integration where the student is able to rate the classes and collectively order them from for ex: hardest-easiest. We like how classes are separated by the different subjects" ~ calebkimsd

This gives us a good understanding of how people see our website. Looks like our front end is matching our expectations. It also tells us that the main purpose of the website is standing out. He also gives us some feedback. This possible addition to our website is actually pretty good and we can try to implement that idea.

"I think the idea is great and could be very useful to future generations of classes at del norte. I think. as you had said, the submission page could use some improvements. The class pages looks nice" ~ iBraskyy

This also tells us that our project is following the right trend. They also gave some feedback about the submission page. We definitely will try to make our submission page a little better.

1 minute of Project

2 minute runtime

Technical overview

Presentation prepared and talking on future features. Front page looks good. Ideas for rating look positive.

Majority of time spent on frontend, backend seems to be lacking.

lucap2527 commented 3 years ago

Simple presentation thats clear and easy to understand. Gets the main points without any filler, shows code screenshots as well. Could work on putting more information but this is addressed with some soft spoken influential borderline spiritual words

I really enjoy the idea of rating classes at Del Norte! The info presented is very user-friendly and organized!

yajatyadav commented 3 years ago

I like the animations you implemented. I would recommend improving the style of the submission page to make it more user-friendly.

florayuan18 commented 3 years ago

I liked how you explained the code in depth so we really understand what's going on. It seems like a great tool to help future Del Norte students.

rachelklee commented 3 years ago

Your UI looks very clean and user friendly. I also really enjoyed your presentation. You clearly went through each of the requirements and showed the code which was helpful.

iskapoor commented 3 years ago

Great presentation and a good idea! The UI as well as the color scheme is easy to follow and view. If I may suggest one thing, you might as well make Mr. M's rating a constant, as no one in their right mind will vote anything but 10 :)

alvinzhengq commented 3 years ago

I really like your UI design, it is very intuitive and minimalistic which allows users to easily understand how to both use and navigate your website.

Your website has a clean and simple design that's really easy and understandable for users! Nice job!

adhithin commented 3 years ago

simple, quite interesting, but we could prolly get some more backend materials. there was lots of stuff about front end, and while it's pretty good stuff, we needed some technicals. another idea: use a database to create a ratings table, and based on the rating, create a list of top classes/teachers. a place to add in reviews would be cool too.

Akshay-Rohatgi commented 3 years ago

html front end on the first page looks super clean and the animations add to that. It would've been nice to see the website in person if you guys could allow others access
