No clear error message, if too much cores or memory requested for a specified
resource/cluster

      e.g.: $ gsub gamess -r ocikbpra -c 30 -m 3 exam01.inp
=> gsub: ERROR: Could not select any compatible computational resource -
please check log and configuration file.

raise NoResources("Could not select any compatible computational resource
        - please check log and configuration file.")
gc3utils.Exceptions.NoResources: Could not select any compatible
computational resource - please check log and configuration file.

Better something short like
"Too much resources (cores/memory) requested for selected/all clusters".
