document the ec2 backend #399

There is no documentation nor examples on how to use and configure the EC2 
backend.

There should be at least:

- an entry in the documentation, in the `users/configuration.txt` file 
describing the keys and possible values

- a (commented) sample entry in the `etc/gc3pie.conf.example` file

This is critical to the release of 2.1.
