Remove support for grid middlewares #481

Propose to remove support for ARC backend:
* arc0 and arc1 in backends
We should probably also remove support for:
* grid (in auth)

can we agree on that ?

Agree.

The next question is, whether it still makes sense to have a separate `auth/*` 
section if we're not using X.509 proxy certificates.  SSH connections do not 
need such a complicated architecture.
