Please upgrade dependencies to latest stable SQLAlchemy-1.0.3

GC3Pie "trunk" does not version its dependencies; the stable release, on the 
other hand, freezes the dependencies at what was current when the release was 
made, as we cannot predict API changes in the dependent packages.
