Add Debug and Release Indigo libs to a folder and reference them in project #10

Compile Indigo libs in Debug and Release build to create static libs and keep then in a separate folder inside ThumbFish solution. Same with any other libs we are using. Compile for both 32 and 64 bit platforms.
