Implement a structure browser to browse through the structures in SDF, RDF or CML. A new dialog will popup. The browser dialog will have PREV NEXT buttons to browse through the structures in the files. Properties will be displayed for selected structure in the browser dialog itself. First structure will be selected by default.

The **Browse..." command will be available in the context-menu (and preview menu)
Enabled only when a single multi-mol file is selected

Fixed as part of recent commits. Mainly 178e121
