Tasks:

[x] Change version name/number to latest
[x] Create new installers (log and nolog ones)
[x] Perform some basic testing using new installers
[x] Create a new release in GitHub and attach installers
[x] Update web page with link to new installers and REMOVE "beta.2" wordings
[x] Announce on blog
