Add a 'Count Structures' command to context-menu #60

The command will be available in Windows Context-menu
It will work on multi-molecule files such as SDF, RDF and CML
Will display a progress dialog while counting molecules in a file
Can also extract other information from molecules such as DUPLICATES, EMPTY or INVALID molecules etc
