A simple utility for Chemists that integrates with Windows Explorer and provides Thumbnail, Preview, Search and other useful features for structure files.
The indigoLayout method can be used to perform cleanup on molecules and reactions. A "cleanup" command can be added to context-menu that will display a dialog with the cleanup preview. Clicking the Apply button will update the mol/rxn file in-place.
