A simple utility for Chemists that integrates with Windows Explorer and provides Thumbnail, Preview, Search and other useful features for structure files.
According to Indigo docs: The IndigoObject.aromatize and IndigoObject.dearomatize methods convert molecules/reactions to aromatic and Kekule forms respectively.
Investigate what changes are made to the mol/rxn when the above methods are called and whether the actual mol/rxn data changes. We can have two options in Preview window to switch between these views. The following is a KEKULE form for Benzene:
